Staff Leave Planner Enterprise Licensing

The standard prices for the staff leave planner entitle a company to use one copy of the planner in their organisation. However, some companies want to distribute multiple copies of the planner to their different departments.

The staff leave planner is not designed solely for use by HR departments, it can be used by management to plan other activities. For example:
  • The planner can be distributed to teams to allow them to internally keep a record of their team leave. This way they can see who is off, when they are off, and view it in a format that they can all access.
  • The planner supports custom codes, so the team can create their own codes and use the planner to keep track of them.
  • It enables a standardised approach to tracking leave across all your teams in your organisation.
What planners do you receive as part of the package?

As part of the enterprise license package, you will receive copies of the 50, 100 and 200 staff member planners. You will have the permission to distrubute these freely amongst your company as long as the number of different copies being used in your company does not exceed that which the license entitles you to.

Do you offer a trial?

What support is there?
With the enterprise licensing we provide free email based support. We will agree with you a point of contact for your company whom we will need to resolve all support issues with.

The table below outlines the cost of the planner and the dates that are shown each planner. Please note that these dates are only there because they are the most popular. If your business runs on a different calendar year e.g. September to August, then contact support and we can change the dates shown on the planner for free.

How much does it cost?
The cost of the licensing package will depend on all of the different variations your business requires. The table below outlines the different pricing levels. Please note the term "copies" referes to the total number of planners you will be entitled to use in your business:
