Do I have to enter all of the data again?

Don't worry - the planner will import all of your Employee Data and Key Code settings during the setup process (please choose the "Import" option and follow the Wizard).

I can't edit the staff data - can I have the password?

Please remember that you can edit all staff data from the "Employee Data" sheet, not the Calendar sheets.

I've setup the 2012 planner but I can't see the Annual Leave Remaining Column

The 2012 planners now allow you to edit which columns are shown on the calendar. To show the annual leave remaining column:

1) Click on one of the calendar sheets (e.g. "Jan-Jun")
2) Click on the orange "Calendar Settings" button.
3) In the "Customise the Information Columns Shown" area, find the next empty dropdown
4) Select the Annual Leave category
5) In the "Information to Show" section choose "Amount Remaining".
6) In the "Column Title" section you can leave it as the default value or rename it if you wish.
7) Click the Apply Button - the Annual Leave Remaining will now be shown on the calendar sheets.

You can also follow this process to enable columns for other leave categories.
